All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). formetec sven rütti as the operator of this shop is not subject to VAT.
Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to late or non-delivery are strictly excluded.
The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual color of the product. The data required for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially. The customer has the right to delete, block and view his data.

PAYMENT TERMS
When you have finally sent an order, it is binding. You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have received the order. Payment is made in advance, directly by credit card, Paypal or via Postfinance. If you pay in advance, you will receive an email from us with the required account details after you have placed your order. Deliveries are made after payment confirmation and are currently in the German-speaking parts of Europe.
DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries are usually made in 3-5 working days (for deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be longer). If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient. You can be sure that your items will reach you reliably and promptly. We will send you your items postage free in Switzerland (if you order several items, we will simply charge a small postage amount). For deliveries abroad, shipping costs will be charged, which will be displayed to you during the ordering process. Any customs and other fees such as VAT in your own country are fully borne by the customer.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from feuil, however we will not accept returns without prior approval.
Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The return must be made within 14 days. In the case of returns, the buyer bears the postage.
